Licensed since 2011, Trevor Stanaland has been deeply rooted in the Orange County Real Estate with over 100 years of family real estate and development. Born in Laguna Beach and educated in the city’s school system, he began working at age fifteen, teaching surf lessons to students ranging in age from four to those in their mid 70s.
Trevor began his career as a licensed assistant before coming a listing and buyer’s agent. Between 2016 and 2020 he stepped back from real estate and dedicated his life to public service. Working as a Police Officer for the city of Santa Ana, Trevor served the citizens of Orange County as a patrol officer. In addition to his Patrol duty, he was a K9 agitator, helping the department train and maintain their K9 officers. Due to an outstanding track record, Trevor was promoted to the Directed Unit. Specializing in targeted assignments, Stanaland spent a year dedicated to working to clean the city through homeless outreach and enforcement. During this time Trevor worked on a temporary Gang Suppression detail and joined the Santa Ana S.W.A.T. team - training was held at Los Angeles County SWAT School. Trevor was awarded top shot for having the highest score on the shooting test and tasked with leading the final evaluation involving coordinating teams in a multiple hostage situation. Trevor’s time at Santa Ana was well documented with outstanding Supervisor citizen reviews.
In 2020, Trevor decided to return to real estate full time. Embracing his 100+ year family lineage, he has worked closely alongside his father ever since, continuing on the Stanaland legacy in coastal Orange County.
